Then, we produce a detailed report, customized to your site, which outlines the condition of all your systems, urgent or schedule-able work, services performed with photographs and explanations of any issue reported.
Our reporting systems are so thorough, our PM schedules so complete, that you can accurately estimate system maintenance and repair costs for years to come. At Prevent Mechanical we have a simple policy: the Report goes to the Client before the Invoice ever gets mailed.
